How does the lead generator obtain its random values?
The lead tool calls window.crypto.getRandomValues to populate a 32-bit unsigned integer array. This interface queries operating system kernel entropy (such as /dev/urandom on POSIX systems or BCryptGenRandom on Windows), avoiding the predictability of typical linear pseudo-random algorithms.

Why does the tool disallow Min ≥ Max?
A non-trivial discrete uniform random distribution requires a span (Max - Min + 1) ≥ 2. When bounds are inverted or identical, no variance exists. We restrict inputs to valid strictly increasing integers to prevent mathematical errors in downstream sample metrics.

Why was my draw halted when requesting unique values?
If you set Min to 1 and Max to 10 (a pool of 10 items) and request 15 unique draws without replacement, mathematical law makes completion impossible. The interface halts with an informative error rather than looping indefinitely.

Why not use Math.floor(Math.random() * range)?
While suitable for basic casual scripting, multiplying a double-precision float by an integer span can produce infinitesimal bias along bin edges due to 53-bit mantissa rounding. Our rejection sampling over 32-bit words eliminates mantissa distortion entirely.

Can I provide a custom seed to replay a specific sequence?
The Web Cryptography API intentionally prohibits setting deterministic seeds to prevent cryptographic vulnerabilities. If your research demands deterministic sequence replay, consider a dedicated seeded PRNG package such as SplitMix64 or PCG.
